Definitions

The following terminology applies to this Refund Policy:

“Annual Maintenance” refers to ongoing maintenance, updates, and other support services related to the Software that is provided to users on an annual basis.

“Factual Soft,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us,” refers to Factual Soft Company, LLC, a Texas limited Liability Company.

“Our Services” refers to the Software, Annual Maintenance, Factual Soft’s website, and any other services provided by Factual Soft related to Rapid Dox.

“This Refund Policy” refers to this Refund Policy that you are currently accessing and all incorporated agreements as described herein.

“The Software” refers to Factual Soft’s desktop application titled “Rapid Dox.”

“You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing Factual Soft’s website and other services.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Eligibility for Refunds

Thank you for using Factual Soft’s services. All purchases for our Services are final unless a refund is offered pursuant to this Refund Policy. Factual Soft does not guarantee specific results through our Services.  

 

However, we are dedicated to delivering you the highest quality services at affordable prices and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our Services, we offer full or partial refunds to accommodate you.

Refund Process

Please send any refund requests to billing@factualsoft.com and include your name, order number, license key and the reason for your refund. We consider your feedback very carefully and welcome any suggestions to improving the quality of our services.

All requests for refunds relating to the Software must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase of the Software. No refunds will be processed if requested after thirty (30) days of purchase of the Software.

All requests for refunds relating to Annual Maintenance must be made within the year you purchase. No refunds will processed if request after twelve (12) months of purchase of the Annual Maintenance.

All refunds offered under this Refund Policy are offered on a case-by-case scenario. Any refunds offered will be processed and delivered within ten (10) business days of request.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Factual Soft reserves the right to deny any refund request for violations of our Terms and Conditions or the End User License Agreement provided for the Software.

Anything not explicitly stated in this Refund Policy is subject to interpretation at our sole and absolute discretion.
