“Annual Maintenance” refers to ongoing maintenance, updates, and other support services related to the Software that is provided to users on an annual basis.

“Factual Soft,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us,” refers to Factual Soft Company, LLC, a Texas limited Liability Company.

“Our Services” refers to the Software, Annual Maintenance, the Website, and any other services provided by Factual Soft related to Rapid Dox.

“The Software” refers to Factual Soft’s desktop application titled “Rapid Dox” as described below.

“This Privacy Policy” refers to this Privacy Policy that you are currently accessing and all incorporated agreements as described herein.

“User,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing Factual Soft Company, LLC’s website, software and other services.

Agreement to be Bound

This Privacy Policy Statement explains how we treat your personally identifiable information and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Factual Soft can use such information in accordance with the privacy policies stated herein. If you have any concerns with how your personally identifiable information is used, you should not use the services Factual Soft provides, or you should discontinue your use and deactivate your user account if already created.



In order to use the Software, you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. During registration, you are required to give your name, address, occupation/employer, date of birth, and email address. We will use this information to contact you about our Services. We are the sole owner of any information collected from you during the registration process. Any information you provide will remain confidential in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Based upon the information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.

Information We Collect

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your name, address, occupation/employer, date of birth, email and other contact information, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Website.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for Factual Soft, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

We use your Non-Personal Information for analytical purposes, such as measuring the number of users of our Services, measuring which sections of our Services are more used, making our Services more useful to visitors and delivering targeted advertising and non-advertising content. Keeping your personally identifiable information confidential is one of our top priorities. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs) for the Website. These clear gifs will help us better manage content by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the movements of our users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on the Website and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
